STATUES PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS AND ORDER CANCELLATION

Preorder deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If full payment has been made and the studio has not yet collected the balance, the balance amount is eligible for a refund. However, if the studio has already collected the balance, no refund will be issued for any payments made, including the deposit, balance, and full payment.

The remaining balance is due when the item arrives at our warehouse and will be sent through email.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AND PRODUCTION

Please note that the Estimated Shipping Date provided for preorder products is subject to change without prior notice from the Studios, and delays may occur in some cases. We kindly request customers to consider this information before placing a preorder.

It takes 6 to 12 months for production to be completed before the statues are prepared for shipment. As statues are sourced internationally, there may be instances where the delivery of items takes longer than initially anticipated due to circumstances beyond Dorky Desires’ control. We will provide regular updates and information regarding any delays and will make every effort to provide an Estimated Time of Delivery for your order.

SHIPPING PRICES

The provided shipping prices are just estimates. Once your order is prepared for shipment from the studio, you will receive a notification email regarding the actual shipping cost.

Failure to pay the shipping fee will cause order cancellation without prior notice.

DAMAGED ITEMS

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your resin products, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during the shipping process. Some studios can replace the damaged parts, however, it’s important to note that not all studios offer this service. Additionally, minor issues such as clean snaps or scratches on statues are typically not eligible for compensation as they can often be repaired with adhesives.

Please note that if an item needs to be returned to the studio for repairs or replacements, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from China.
